Whole Grains = Full Belly and Healthy Heart

We know you've heard it before and you're probably tired of everyone saying it, but do you know that breads made with whole grains are higher in fiber and can help you lose weight and stay fit?

At Great Harvest, we have two whole grain breads each day. Some days, we even have three! Our whole grain breads have between 3 and five grams of fiber per serving. They are a delicious addition to your healthy diet.

Here is the rundown on the whole grain breads we offer each week:

Monday - Honey Whole Wheat and Nine Grain
Tuesday - Honey Whole Wheat and Woodstock
Wednesday - Honey Whole Wheat and High Five Fiber
Thursday - Honey Whole Wheat and Whole Grain Goodness
Friday - Honey Whole Wheat and Dakota
Saturday - Honey Whole Wheat and Nine Grain

Depending on the month, we may have other whole grain breads some days, too.
