Fall for our Apples

Don't you love the crisp fall air? Suddenly, the oppressive heat of summer has vanished, leaving behind  refreshing, cool breezes and the smell of leaves. Doesn't it make you want apples?

At GH, our September menu is full of appley offerings. We have Apple Muffins, Jewish Apple Cake and Apple Crunch Bread. And for a limited time, you can also get our delicious Apple Honey Walnut Swirl Bread.

Can't you smell the cinnamon in the air? Pop in and grab a fresh cup of coffee and a muffin warm out of the oven. We're waiting for you!

And don't forget to place your Rosh Hashanah orders by September 13th! We'll be open on Sunday, September 16th, too!

We hope to see you soon! Your friends at the Great Harvest in Columbia.

What's New?

Did you notice that we have a few new items on the menu this month? You did? You want to know more? Prepare yourself for the enticing details!

Sonoma Bread
This bread is sort of like our Holiday Stollen. It has oranges and lemons, as well as an assortment of fruits, nuts and seeds in a half white, half wheat bread. It's a hearty breakfast bread and makes an excellent setting for your favorite chicken salad (which we assume is ours!)

Nacho Bread
Looking for something new and exciting for your football fare? Look no more! Imagine all your favorite nacho ingredients wrapped up in a bread. Nacho bread has two kinds of cheese, olive, jalapeƱos, tomatoes, garlic and taco seasoning. Brush it with some garlic infused olive oil and throw it on the grill. Or make a kicking grilled cheese and sit back with a cold frosty one and watch the Ravens win!

Zucchini Chocolate Chip Bread
Poor zucchini. It's really such a slighted vegetable. Everyone ends up with too much of it in their garden and then what do they do? They shred it to bits and trick their kids by baking it into cakes, muffins and batter breads. Well, now we are too. But we expect full disclosure from you when you give it to your young ones as their after school treat. They'll love it so much, they won't mind the extra dose of goodness!

Come in and check out the rest of the menu, and don't forget to turn in your Rosh Hashanah orders by September 13th! We hope to see you soon! Your friends at the Great Harvest in Columbia.
