Iron Girl Training Support

We know there are many, many amazing women in our community who are training for the Iron Girl Triathlon next month. First, we have to say, WOW! We are impressed.

We know that what you eat during training is important, and whole grains are a great addition to any athlete's diet. We are proud to say that we offer two whole grain breads every day, including Honey Whole Wheat, Woodstock, High Five Fiber, Whole Grain Goodness, Dakota and Nine Grain.
