We are proud to offer some very, very local honey made by our former sweets baker and mom of one of our favorite kids. Karen has reported that the bees are hard at work and she expects her first patch of honey in mid-June. In the mean time, we do have honey from Breezy Willow. It's local to Howard County and very tasty.

Big Chill
If it seems more chaotic than normal at GH this week, there's a good reason. We are bumping out the back wall and adding a walk-in refrigerator. Our two huge fridges just aren't enough anymore. Don't worry about us cutting back on our baking schedule. It's not changing. We will have everything on the menu and a little more! Like today, we made a Nutty Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffin with a variety of ground nuts. And, you keep asking so Paul has made his delicious White Chocolate Key Lime Coconut Bread Pudding.

Breakfast for the Office
Of course you know that we have the world's best breakfast treats. Our scones are moist and flavorful, filled with big chunks of fruit and cream cheeses. Our muffins beat any cupcake you could ever try! We have delicious batter breads too. If you need coffee to go with that, we have boxes that hold 8-10 cups. Call ahead if you need breakfast for your office!

Other April Fun
Now that Easter is over, let's talk about some of the other fun things we have this month.
For you savory bread lovers, we have Swedish Rye, Spinach Feta, Red Pepper Swiss and of course, Cheddar Garlic. All of these are great if you brush them with a little olive oil and put them on the grill. Yum!
If sweet stuff is your thing, you know we have you covered. We have Raisin Cinnamon Chip, Vanilla Almond Swirl. Cinnamon Swirl and we will have Easter Ambrosia all month!
Looking for treats? We have the best Carrot Raisin Muffins and a to die for Vanilla Buttermilk Coffee Cake complete with the crumbly top. SO GOOD!

April Sweets
Some for just today, and some for the whole month! You begged and pleaded and Paul has delivered. Today we have Key Lime White Chocolate Coconut Bread Pudding. It's incredibly tasty! You should try some! And for those who can't get enough coconut, it's macaroon time! We have Coconut and Coconut Almond.
